I love to grill out and this is one the coolest creations I have enjoyed. In light of recent events, I have renamed this recipe my "resolution #5 chicken".
So, I guess this constitutes you as "a user of alcoholic beverages"? Looks like you'll have to reject that trustee invitation you received in the mail.
Will do Chris. Also I wonder if the funerals, weddings and baptisms I have performed are all considered void. Regardless, the chicken was really good.
By the way, let's get the lingo down correctly. Not everyone reading this may understand so I will explain. What you see in the pic is called grilling. It should only be called BBQ if you are slathering it with sauce after smoking it on slow and low for many hours. Throwing some burgers on the grill is not bbq-ing it is grilling!!!Please refrain from repeating this mistake.
"So what part of the chicken are you grilling...?" The whole thing!
"The thing looks "BBQ'd" to me, unless Julie forgot to wash the dirt off." That's dry rub. No sauce was used in the grilling of this chicken. Until we poured "white" BBQ sauce all over it on our plates but that's another story.
One has to wonder if the messengers to the SBC would be opposed to the usage of non-alcoholic beer, since it is made during the process of making alcoholic beer.
I guess Charles Spurgeon wouldn't be allowed to preach in the modern SBC, would he?

Jerry,
First tanning booths and now recipes?! This changes things, my friend.
But seriously, does this type of "usage" fall under resolution #5?
The correct name of this recipe is actually called "Beer in the Rear" Chicken...(courtesy of Paula Deen)
I can't believe i belong to this blog! :)
Somebody help me; I can't seem to remember what any of this has to do with PREACHING!
Chris,
As for preaching, it means I cannot preach in a SBC church even though I have not taken a sip.
